Pandemic Plan Development
Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Development
Why do we need a business continuity plan
Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) are contingency plans that will guide your business on how to restore services and operations in the event of major interruption. Significant events like power outages, pandemic influenza (e.g. COVID 19 or SARS), floods, fires, earthquakes, ice/snow storms, tornadoes, or hurricanes can all cause such interruptions.
Business continuity plans are a major part of your Business Continuity Management (BCM) program. BCPs are developed per department/business unit and are activated upon formal declaration by your Crisis Management Team (CMT).

BCPs will significantly improve your organization's continuity of operations and are a part of the overall corporate BCM contingency planning. BCPs are typically activated as the next step after activating your emergency response plans and emergency procedures.
